Web or Email Forms
An application or order form, reservation, price quote or any form allows you to ask necessary information, so after the text,
drop down boxes or check boxes are completed, you will understand what the customer is interested in. The information is
emailed to your company with a confirmation message given to the visitor. Below are two examples

PDF (Uses Adobe PDF reader)
Use PDF for brochures, forms, manufacturer catalogs, or promotions. With PDF, you can use any
document (created in Word, Publisher or any computer software) and convert to a PDF.
With a "click of a mouse", visitors can read or print your PDF document.

Web Calendar
A online calendar can be used to keep customers or members informed of special dates, meetings, or any other event. You
simply edit the calendar on your website. To make changes simply click the administration and enter a password and make the
changes you want.
Videos
Videos can be used to provide information on a service or product, or just to introduce a organization.
Use exiting DVDs, videos, or capture video using a camcorder or an advanced camera and convert to display on the internet.

Email Contact Manager
An Email Contact Manager can store email addresses that can advertise your product or service promotions, or it can just send a newsletter.
While on your website, a visitor can chose to submit their email or you can enter their email address directly into the email database. With
a "click of mouse", you can email hundreds of addresses at one time. If one of your email recipients wants to be taken
